Whether you're adding space, reworking a layout, or improving how your home functions, we approach additions and renovations with the same care and attention as new construction.

Each project is unique, and our goal is to create a design that feels cohesive with your existing home while meeting your practical needs.

Investment

$75 per hour

Additions and renovation projects are billed at an hourly rate based on the scope and complexity of the work.

Simple projects—such as small additions or straightforward layout updates—are often completed for under $1,000. Larger or more involved projects will vary depending on the level of detail and coordination required.

Project Approach

Depending on the scope of your project, we offer two approaches:

For smaller projects where the scope is clearly defined, we can often work from dimensions and pictures you provide.

This approach is ideal for:

  • Small additions
  • Interior layout adjustments
  • Straightforward modifications

 Simple Additions & Layout Updates

For more involved projects, a site visit may be required to document existing conditions and gather accurate measurements.

This allows us to:

  • Ensure accuracy when tying into the existing structure
  • Account for real-world conditions
  • Develop a more detailed and reliable plan set

A site visit fee will apply for projects requiring in-person measurements.
